Find the appropriate position
Within our job portal, you'll discover all the current job offers from TROX GmbH – for a variety of areas and locations. If there isn't a suitable position available, we also look forward to receiving your speculative application.
Upload online application
Found a suitable position? Brilliant! Through our applicant portal, you can conveniently upload your documents. Included in a complete application for us are: a meaningful cover letter, a tabulated curriculum vitae & relevant (school) certificates.
Once your documents have been successfully submitted, you will receive an automatic receipt confirmation to your email address.
Internal Review
Your application is now carefully being reviewed by our HR team and the relevant department. This may take some time as we want to ensure that your qualifications and profile perfectly match the advertised position or one of our vacancies.
Invitation to the first interview and/or recruitment test
If your profile has convinced us, we invite you to a first interview - digitally or in person. The interview is often conducted jointly with a person responsible from the specialist department and the partner from HR. This is your opportunity to get all your questions out. We will contact you by phone or email to arrange an appointment.
Have you applied for a training position? Then you will first receive a written invitation to one of our recruitment tests, before continuing with an interview. The test examines your general knowledge and specialist knowledge.
Further conversations
In most cases, we conduct at least two conversations. You should plan a bit more time for the second conversation, as we would like to introduce you to your potential new workspace and colleagues
